Bio

Dennis M. Haase is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York and the United States Tax Court; he is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Haase holds undergraduate degrees in finance and accounting from Georgetown University (Cum Laude). He received his Masters of Law and Taxation degrees from the College of William and Mary and his Juris Doctorate from the College of William and Mary. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York and U.S Tax Court bars.

Mr. Haase began his career in Virginia as a member of the bar and working for the law firm of Freed & Irvin P.C. He also worked as a Certified Public Accountant with the accounting firm of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. He continued practicing law with the law form of Finley Kumble et al. until he moved to New Jersey in 1994 and became a solo practitioner in New Jersey and New York. He is also affiliated with Sweeney Lev LLC who provide a wide range of legal services. He specializes in all aspects of tax related issues. Mr. Haase has written numerous articles in the fields of estate planning and family limited partnerships and has lectured professionally in all areas of tax law, including Tax and Estate Planning, Family Limited Partnerships, Use of Family Foundations and varied financial services such as Buy-Sell Agreements, Corporate and Partnership Taxation, Executive Compensation and Stock Option Plans, to name a few. He is available for public speaking engagements.
